Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Timbex Flooring (ABN 74 696 280 181) ("we", "our", or "us"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Timbex Flooring provides professional flooring installation services including but not limited to:

• Hybrid flooring supply and installation
• Engineered timber flooring supply and installation
• Floor preparation and subfloor work
• Skirting board installation
• Flooring consultation and measurement services

Quotations

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on:

• On-site assessment findings
• Additional work required (e.g., subfloor preparation)
• Changes to project scope
• Product availability and pricing changes

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Booking and Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking and order materials. The deposit amount will be specified in your quotation. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, except where required by law.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation
• Full payment is typically due upon completion of work
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation:

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
• If materials have been ordered, you may be liable for the cost of those materials

Client Responsibilities

Before installation, you are responsible for:

• Clearing the work area of furniture and belongings
• Ensuring access to the property
• Ensuring pets are secured away from the work area
• Providing accurate measurements and information about the property
• Notifying us of any asbestos or hazardous materials

Warranties

We provide workmanship warranties on our installations as specified in your quotation. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Claims must be made in writing with photographic evidence.

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Water damage or flooding
• Damage caused by furniture or heavy objects
• Issues resulting from inadequate subfloor preparation (if declined)

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

• Re-performing the services
• Paying the cost of having the services re-performed

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.

Insurance

Timbex Flooring maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us directly. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may seek assistance from relevant consumer protection agencies.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Timbex Flooring and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Privacy

Changes to Terms
