Common Questions

Things most homeowners want to know before they commit to anything

Yes. We come to your home, take proper measurements, and give you a detailed written quote: no vague estimates, no surprises when the invoice arrives. There's no obligation at any point.

Most rooms take one to two days. A full home is typically three to five days. We give you a clear timeline before we start, and we stick to it.

Yes. We supply the product, prepare the subfloor, install the flooring, and fit the skirting, all under one quote. That means one team is responsible for the whole result, and if anything's not right, you're not stuck in the middle.

We assess the subfloor before we commit to anything. We use laser levels and moisture meters to find issues that aren't visible. If the floor needs grinding, levelling, or moisture treatment, we'll do it properly, because cutting this step is how problems start.

Hybrid has a rigid composite core: very tough, fully water-resistant, good for kitchens and wet areas. Engineered timber has a real wood veneer over a plywood base, with the warmth and grain of actual timber, with better stability than solid hardwood. We'll help you figure out which suits your home.
